![]() ![]() I visited 7927 Forest Ln Suite A1, Dallas, TX 75230 to have a package shipped to oster clipper company My package was never shipped or either lost the supervisor doesn’t know but I wasn’t notified in time to file a claim know I have to suffer the losses. I really believe one of the workers may have took instead of shipping the employees and staff all slack & lack professionalism & basic customer service skills, I warn you before using this location to handle your packages!!!!! Use the site to login to your FedEx account, get your tracking status, find a FedEx near you, learn more about how to become a better shipper, get online print offers, or get inspiration for your small business needs. State the tracking number or door-tag number for the package when prompted. Might as well fly back and get the suitcase myself! NEVER AGAIN will I use FedEx. FedEx allows you to manage your shipping account online. But YOU fail to deliver on time, I am no longer at delivery address FOUR DAYS later since I had travelled to a funeral for the weekend and now you say too bad for me, need to pay new shipping charges to resend. Wait what?! You charge me an obscene amount of money for overnight delivery, fine. Update: So FedEx fails to implement my return to sender request stating that no changes can be made once shipping process has started. Now it's fingers crossed that FedEx doesn't lose my parcel on its journey back to original shipping point. Do not trust FedEx unless you have no need for it to arrive on time. Will NEVER use FedEx again and will also cancel my business account. I am now on my return home so had to redirect parcel back to sender. Paid $300 to have a critical parcel expedited to myself overnight as I was travelling. ![]()
